JHFC U13 v Accrington Stanley U13

The new U13 Hoops played Accrington Stanley and expectations were high after a good result away to Fleetwood. (0-1) A few of the lads have spent time on contract at Accrington were keen to perform. 

It was not a good performance, Accrington took the lead when the referee inadvertently back heeled the ball to the Accrington forward, and they scored.  This shook the Hoops, and they quickly conceded again. 

In the second third the lads re grouped and played some good football in places but were again beaten by 2. 

The last third showed up our fitness and by the end of the game Accrington with a strong team out classed us and left us with a lot of thinking to do.
